On February 27, 2026, Equinix, Inc. ("Equinix") issued a joint press release with the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board ("CPP Investments") that includes, among other matters, information related to a joint agreement to purchase atNorth, a leading Nordic high-density colocation and built-to-suit data center provider, from Partners Group. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
