Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 20, 2026, Edgewell Personal Care Company (the “Company”) determined that Paul R. Hibbert will no longer serve as Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective June 1, 2026. Mr. Hibbert will be eligible to receive payments and benefits provided under the Company’s Executive Severance Plan. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Hibbert for his dedication and the numerous contributions he has made to the Company.

On May 26, 2026, the Company announced that Anthony Freve will join the Company as Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective June 1, 2026.
