ITEM 2.02RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

 

On March 12, 2026, Dollar General Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release regarding results of operations and financial condition for the fiscal 2025 fourth quarter (13 weeks) and full year (52 weeks) ended January 30, 2026. The news release is furnished as Exhibit 99 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
