On June 8, 2026, the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors of CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (the “Company”) increased the annual base salary of Dorith Hakim, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President, from $405,000 to $425,000, effective as of May 1, 2026, and increased the annual base salary of Robert Mannix, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, from $300,000 to $325,000, effective as of July 1, 2026.
