On August 26, 2026, Melanie W. Barstad notified Cintas Corporation (the Company) of her decision not to stand for re-election at the Company’s 2026 annual meeting of shareholders (the 2026 Annual Meeting). Ms. Barstad will continue to serve as a director until the date of the 2026 Annual Meeting.

 

Ms. Barstad’s decision is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or procedures.
