On July 13, 2026, Chesapeake Utilities Corporation and its subsidiary, Peninsula Pipeline Company, issued a press release announcing the Florida Energy Pathway project, a new approximately $1.2 billion intrastate natural gas infrastructure project to be developed, constructed, and operated in south Florida.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
