ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINCIAL CONDITION.
On April 15, 2026, Cosmos Health Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release setting forth its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
