On November 13, 2025, Co-Diagnostics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its quarter ended September 30, 2025. The full text of the press release, which includes information regarding the Company’s use of a non-GAAP financial measure, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
