On February 23, 2026, Cannae Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated by reference herein. The Company also issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025 (the "Letter to Shareholders"). A copy of the Letter to Shareholders is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this current report and is incorporated by reference herein.
