Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 5, 2026, Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the board of directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of CMC common stock. The dividend will be paid on February 2, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 19, 2026.
A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
