On February 20, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board has set the date for the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders for May 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EDT with a record date of March 16, 2026. A copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
