On May 7, 2026, the registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of its second quarter cash dividends of $0.50 per share of 8.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.6095 per share of 8.00% Series B Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.5561 per share of 7.75% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, and $0.5967 per share of 8.00% Series D Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.
