On January 27, 2026, Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
