On January 20, 2026, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared monthly cash dividends for its Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock and its Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock for payment in February, March and April 2026.
