The Company today announced that on July 24, 2026, Thomas McGough, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, notified Conagra Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to retire from the Company no later than September 4, 2026. The Company will eliminate the chief operating officer position upon Mr. McGough's retirement.
