Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 26, 2026, Burford Capital Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release and a detailed presentation announcing its financial results for the three months and the year ended December 31, 2025.
A copy of the press release and the presentation are attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 25, 2026, the board of directors of the Company has declared, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting to be held in May 2026, a final dividend of 6.25 US cents per ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2025 to be paid on June 12, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 22, 2026.
