Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 7, 2026, BioRestorative Therapies, Inc. (the “Company”) suspended, effective immediately, all orders and shipments of its biocosmeceutical product lines, consisting of its ExoCR products and its BioX products, pending a business review and regulatory assessment. The Company has not made a decision to discontinue these product lines.
The Company is conducting a review of the documentation, sourcing, and regulatory status associated with these products.
