Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 29, 2025, Princeton Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.35 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable November 26, 2025, to shareholders of record as of November 7, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated here by reference.
