At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Bausch + Lomb Corporation (the “Company”) held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, the Company’s shareholders voted on the following proposals, each of which is described in detail in the Proxy Statement.
