On April 30, 2026, Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. ("Axalta") issued a press release and posted an earnings call presentation to its website reporting its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
