Item 8.01 Other Events.
Francisco Melo has been appointed as President, Intelligent Labels Technologies and Digital Solutions, of Avery Dennison Corporation (the “Company”), effective October 1, 2025, and will no longer serve as President, Solutions Group. In his new role, Mr. Melo will no longer be an “officer” for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or an “executive officer” under Rule 3b-7 of the Exchange Act.
