On November 18, 2025, Aviat Networks, Inc. (“Aviat” or the “Company”) posted an updated investor relations presentation to its investor relations portion of its public website: www.investors.aviatnetworks.com. The Company will begin using the investor relations presentation in connection with presentations to existing and prospective investors. A copy of the investor relations presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
