On June 26, 2026, Avidia Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced that its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") will be held on September 15, 2026, at 8:30 a.m local time. The Annual Meeting will take place at the Courtyard by Marriott Marlborough, located at 75 Felton Street, Marlborough, Massachusetts 01752.

 

Stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 24, 2026 will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
