On February 10, 2026, Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a summary press release and a detailed presentation announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the summary press release and the detailed presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
