On May 5, 2026, Aptiv PLC (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit and is incorporated herein by reference. The press release and teleconference visual presentation are available on the Company’s website at aptiv.com.
