Item 7.01.

Regulation FD Disclosure.

Previously, on September 3, 2025, Aon plc (the “Company”) announced the execution of a definitive agreement pursuant to which the Company agreed to sell (the “Transaction”) a significant majority of the wealth businesses of its indirect subsidiary, NFP Corp. – Wealthspire Advisors, Fiducient Advisors, Newport Private Wealth and related platforms – to Madison Dearborn Partners. The Transaction closed on October 30, 2025.
