On May 28, 2026, Alexander’s, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has completed the previously announced sale of its Rego Park I shopping center, located in Queens, to Northwell Health, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
