On September 29, 2025, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Alset Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase to the Company’s existing stock repurchase program. Under the Company’s existing stock repurchase agreement, the Company has bought back 284,462 shares of the Company’s common stock, for approximately $392,000, including certain fees. The amendment to the stock repurchase program authorizes the Company to repurchase up to an additional $1,000,000 of the Company’s common stock, subject to market conditions, contractual restrictions and other factors (in addition to the amounts already spent).

Repurchases may be made under the plan until the $1,000,000 made available is spent or until December 31, 2025.
