On November 14, 2025, Adial Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release that included financial information for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
