On November 10, 2025, ADC Therapeutics SA (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
