On August 10, 2026, Accendra Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2026. The Company is furnishing the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
