On November 10, 2025, ProFrac Holding Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release reporting the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
