Compensatory Arrangements for Existing Officers and Director

 

On December 16, 2025, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of ACCESS Newswire Inc. (the “Company”) agreed to increase the annual base salary of Steven Knerr, who serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, from $200,000 to $245,000 beginning as of January 1, 2026.
