On November 12, 2025, Acumen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) reported financial results and business highlights for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of this press release (the “Earnings Press Release”) is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”) and is incorporated by reference.

The corporate presentation was updated to reflect the Company’s cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities balance as of September 30, 2025. A copy of the corporate presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Report.
