On August 6, 2025, Airbnb, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a Shareholder Letter (the “Letter”) announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. In the Letter, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on August 6, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. PT / 4:30 p.m. ET to discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the Letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Form 8-K”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company is making reference to non-GAAP financial information in both the Letter and the conference call. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to their nearest GAAP equivalents is provided in the Letter.
