Item 8.01    Other Events.

On August 21, 2026, AAON, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company") announced that it would operate under the trade name The Aaon Group.  This new enterprise identity reflects the Company's evolution into a multi-brand organization with a clear distinction between the enterprise and the Company's operating brands, AAON and BASX.

A copy of the press release announcing the new enterprise identity is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
