To amend the Investment Management Trust Agreement to reduce the monthly extension payment from $189,750 to the lesser of $100,000 per month for all remaining public shares or $0.033 per remaining share, allowing up to six one-month extensions (up to 21 months total) to extend the deadline for completing a business combination.
To authorize, as an ordinary resolution, the Chairman of the Extraordinary General Meeting to adjourn the meeting to a later date or dates as deemed necessary or appropriate.
