To elect Dr. Greg Campbell, Jane Casanta, Brett Hoge and Akinobu Yorihiro to serve as directors until the next annual meeting of stockholders and until his or her successor is elected and qualified or until his or her earlier death, resignation or removal.
Ratify Weinberg & Company, P.A. as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2025.
Approve the Amended and Restated 2022 Plan to increase the share reserve by 1,400,000 shares, add an annual automatic increase of 5%, extend the term to 10 years, and make other changes.
Any other matters that may be properly brought before the Annual Meeting; action by proxies on such matters in their best judgment.
