Election of seven directors; approval of amendments to the Company’s 2023 Equity Incentive Plan to increase the number of shares reserved from 6,000,000 to 15,000,000 and to the Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan to increase the number of shares reserved from 1,500,000 to 2,500,000, ratification of the appointment of an independent registered public accounting firm for 2025, and the potential for any other business to come before the meeting.
To elect seven directors to serve until the 2026 annual meeting, or until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
To approve the amendment increasing the share reserve to 15,000,000.
To approve the ESPP amendment increasing the share reserve to 2,500,000.
