To ratify the appointment of BPM LLP of Santa Rosa, CA as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
To increase the number of shares authorized for issuance under the Equity Incentive Plan by 2,000,000 shares (from 5,068,009 to 7,068,009).
To transact such other business that may properly come before the Annual Meeting and at any adjournments or postponements thereof.
