On February 9, 2026, Aeries Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 on February 9, 2026.
